CeCe Winans celebrated Whitney Houston on her new show “Generations” with daughter Ashley and Gary and Pat Houston.
During the hour segment CeCe shares with Ashley how she and Whitney met and sheds light on all the good things the late singer did that people didn’t know about.

Pat Houston went on to share how Whitney loved the word of God and had two Bibles that she would read. One Bible from 1987 and the other was a Bible that CeCe gave her. Pat revealed that the Bible was so raggedy and marked up because Whitney was using that Bible to study the word.

Gary Houston shares the first time he knew his sister could sing. She was 3 years old in the basement of their East Orange home with her mother’s wig on and a broomstick/brush in her hand. *I remember Whitney saying this during an awards show acceptance speech.*
Whitney Houston aka “The Voice” would’ve celebrated her 58th birthday on August 9th.
