Even though producing the Oscar’s will be new territory for Will, he’s up for the challenge.

Getting Packer to sign on for this role is major! Not only is he a Black man, but his work speaks for him: His film and television projects include This Christmas, Stomp the Yard, Straight Outta Compton, Ride Along, Girls Trip, Think Like a Man, Obsessed, and About Last Night to name a few. Outside of his producer credits, he is also one of the co-founder’s of Bounce TV.
The 94th annual Academy Awards are set to air March 27th on ABC and I’ll be watching and cheering Mr. Packer on!
