I am a Black woman who invest!

Last year forced me to look at money differently. I decided to make it work for me instead of me working for it. So I started aggressively investing.

A good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous. – Proverbs 13:22 NLT

One of the companies I use to invest is Public.  

I chose Public because I can interact with other users like myself who may be new to the investment game or more experienced traders/investors who can give me sound advice on which stocks to purchase to get the best return on my investment. 

I tried other companies and app’s and they were either too complicated or didn’t have a community of women like me that I could gleam from (representation matters!)

At Public I was thrilled to find a community of women like me. Black women. Women who invest. Women who are building dreams. Women who aren’t afraid to take the leap. Women who are doing life on their own terms. Women who are buying the block. REAL BOSS women! .. *insert my YES girl!”*

Anyway when I got home from the gym the other night I was excited to receive a “Welcome” gift from Public. They sent me the hat you see in the picture and I wear it proudly. I’m excited to be a part of a community of investors who don’t mind helping each other while owning their future.
