George and Amal Clooney THE BOYS IN THE BOAT Premiere
The George Clooney directed film THE BOYS IN THE BOAT had it’s Los Angeles premiere on Monday, December 11th at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater and Clooney shared his big night with wife Amal Clooney who was a ray of sunshine in yellow.

Amal Clooney wore a ’90s-inspired custom floor-length bright yellow gown from Atelier Versace. She completed her look with Cartier jewelry, including yellow and white diamond earrings, a Panthère de Cartier bracelet and two diamond rings.
Clooney shared with Entertainment Tonight that his wife’s red carpet style puts him to shame, so much so he gets ’embarrassed’ about it!

The Boys in the Boat is a sports drama based on the #1 New York Times bestselling non-fiction book written by Daniel James Brown. The film, directed by George Clooney, is about the 1936 University of Washington rowing team that competed for gold at the Summer Olympics in Berlin. This inspirational true story follows a group of underdogs at the height of the Great Depression as they are thrust into the spotlight and take on elite rivals from around the world.
