Tamera Mowry Housley has been making her rounds to promote her new book You Should Sit Down for This: A Memoir About Wine, Life, and Cookies. Last week she stopped by the Hoda & Jenna Show with cookies and shared her thoughts on sister Tia Mowry announcing she’s divorcing her husband Cory Hardrict after 14 years together.

“I support her,” she responded. “So whatever she wants, the Mowrys have her back. I love her dearly. She is strong but I know right now she just kind of just wants to … kind of process it all, take it all in and be a little private about that. As a sister, I’m just going to respect that.”
