After much speculation, Nikki Haley has announced that she’s running for President of the United States.
In a video announcement on Valentine’s Day, the former Governor of South Carolina announced her bid to dethrone Trump and become head of the Republican party and the United States of America.
The video starts off with Haley acknowledging her Indian background.
“I was the proud daughter of Indian immigrants, not black. not white. I was different.”
The former UN Ambassador even signals that she is ready to go toe to toe with Donald Trump.
“I don’t put up with bullies…and when you kick back, it hurts them more if you’re wearing heels.”

Haley is expected to deliver remarks Wednesday in Charleston at a campaign launch event.
