Laurel, Mississippi’s Ben and Erin Napier’s HGTV show Home Town is on track to deliver strong ratings.

Nearly 5 million total viewers tuned-in on Sunday, January 2, to watch a new episode of the series in its 7th season starring the home renovation experts.

On the hit series Ben and Erin combine their love of small town living and revitalizing historic homes in Mississippi. The couple transform homes utilizing Erin’s imaginative hand sketches and Ben’s custom handiwork.

Last August, HGTV announced that it had picked up 20 episodes of the fan favorite series after it attracted 32 million viewers during its last season. In addition to airing on HGTV, the new season is also available to stream on discovery+. And, following its successful debut on the streaming platform, the exclusive series, Home Town: Ben’s Workshop, was picked up for a new season of 10 episodes. The series spotlights Ben as he welcomes celebrity guests to his real-life workshop.
