“I was in search of something that I could enjoy that fit the thoughtful way that I live my life,” Jennifer revealed, explaining that she decided to create the brand with the purpose of having a drink with “better taste and fewer calories than traditional cocktails.”

Delola spritzes which come in 3 different flavors are inspired by her Bronx roots, love of Italy and even her and husband Ben Affleck’s zodiac sign, J. Lo shared with PEOPLE.

The Bella Berry is made with vodka, the Paloma Rosa has tequila and the L’orange features an amaro base. The 750ml bottle retails for $23 and the 375ml is $12.

So, how did she come up with the name for the lower calorie cocktail?

“Lola” is her nickname among close friends.

Delola means “from Lola” in Spanish, so “the way we came up with the name for Delola was really about being the carefree, fun side of who I am,” she shared with the publication.

The bottles are embossed with a design inspired by the Bronx crest (a nod to her New York hometown) and also lions — in honor of her and husband Ben Affleck’s zodiac signs.

“I’m a Leo. On the actual bottle, I put two lions — Ben and I are both Leos — like a male and a female lion,” says Lopez. “It’s very personalized, really authentic to me and what I love.”
