Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor continues to be blessed, booked and busy.

The  Academy, Emmy and Golden Globe Award nominee has been cast in the upcoming Apple TV + series “Lucky” which is being executive produced by Reese Witherspoon.

Ellis-Taylor will play ‘Agent Billie Rand’ in the series based on Marissa Stapley’s bestselling novel and Reese’s Book Club pick of the same name.  Lucky stars Anya Taylor-Joy (who also has executive producer credits) as the eponymous heroine. She is a young woman who left behind the life of crime she was raised in years ago but must now embrace her darker, criminal side one final time in a desperate attempt to escape her past.
